One clear professional fee covers tenant placement and ongoing management coordination for the agreed term.
Property Management and Tenant Placement
- One-time fee: Equivalent to 15 days of monthly rent for an 11-month rental term
- Includes tenant placement and ongoing property-management coordination during the agreed term
- New tenant after completion of the original 11-month term: Leasing fee equivalent to 15 days of rent
- Existing tenant renewal: No new-tenant leasing fee
- Early tenant exit during the original term: Replacement-tenant assistance without an additional brokerage or membership charge, subject to the signed property-management agreement
Repair, maintenance, cleaning, painting, legal, statutory, community and third-party vendor charges are separate and are communicated to the owner. The final scope and commercial terms are governed by the signed property-management agreement.
