Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect only what is needed to respond to your enquiry: your name, mobile number, optional email address, and the property details you choose to share such as tower, flat number, BHK type, furnishing, occupancy and expected availability.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry.
• To prepare a rental assessment or management proposal.
• To coordinate property visits, documentation and services you request.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Documents and sensitive information

Identity documents collected during a tenancy are handled outside this website and are never published on it. We do not display Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank-account details, signatures, agreement copies or personal details of any owner or tenant on this website.

Reviews and screenshots

Customer reviews and WhatsApp appreciation screenshots are published only with the customer's consent. Before publishing a screenshot we remove phone numbers, profile pictures unless permitted, unrelated conversation content, flat numbers and financial information.

Analytics

We record basic, non-identifying interaction events such as which buttons are used, so we can improve the website. This does not identify you personally.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the purpose they were shared. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, write to team@forrentals.in.

Third parties

Where a service you request requires a vendor, technician or professional, we share only the information necessary for that task.
